After more than nine years on the tiny Caribbean island of Bonaire, we decided it was time to return home. So, with a book chocked-full of incredible recipes, all of our original artwork, years of retaurant management experience and a longing to live on something besides a limestone rock in the middle of nowhere, we decided that the time was right to move back to Panama City Beach where we first met and open The Hurricane Girlle in 2000.  After selling the restaurant in 2006 we moved to south Florida for a year then off to Taos, New Mexico then settled in Glen Ellen California working for Tommy Smothers of The Somthers Brothers.  Once we decide to retire in 2016 we headed back to our old stomping grounds in Tallahassee, Florida.  Hope you enjoy the book!
